saturday was beautiful.
i rode my bike along the creek in the morning and got run down (twice) by a little boy.
then in the early afternoon, i went to a vintage cocktail party by cathy and katerina of listopad. i loved their collection of vintage pieces...they have excellent taste.

i really really love lena's mociun dress. erica's dress (the shift version which comes with a cute little pocket in the front) is also just as beautiful.

a vintage cloth i picked up at sakura matsuri. there were so many fantastic prints, but this one grabbed me. i fell in love with it instantly.

this morning i went to the sakura matsuri (japanese festival). the lines for sushi were too long so i spent most of my time admiring the vintage kimonos and fabrics. i picked up a vintage tenugui...i will show you tomorrow.



on a sad note, the rain and wind blew away the cherry blossoms in my neighborhood last night. it was so magical to see the hundreds of little petals strewn all over the ground...looked as if it had just snowed.
